Plisse Deep Rectangular Porcelain Roasters by Pillivuyt

Deep rectangular roasters combine useful oven-to-table capacity with the fine pleated detailing of Plisse. Eared handles and separate sizes make them familiar household workhorses.

“I appreciate a roaster handsome enough to place between the plates. Plisse's pleats give this practical serving dish a distinctly French character.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Maker / Heritage

Established in France in 1818, Pillivuyt has been producing porcelain at its Mehun-sur-Yèvre manufacture since 1854. More than two centuries of accumulated knowledge inform its precise forms, remarkably smooth glaze, and enduring approach to functional tableware.

Fired at high temperatures, Pillivuyt porcelain develops a dense, nonporous surface that combines the refinement of fine French craftsmanship with the demands of everyday use.
